The apartment is private for tenants and is located on the second floor of a two-story building. Vedado is the neighborhood where all the people of Havana want to live, because it is quieter and is a new area, the American area before the Cuban revolution. The apartments in this building are high ceiling apartments, so my apartment matches a third floor apartment.

Built around 1790 in a super-centric location, it was refurbished in 2012, preserving the original structure as much as possible. The details of its colonial architecture have been exquisitely preserved, such as the wooden doors and windows and the decorative motifs on the walls, and go hand in hand with modern facilities.

Only 5 minutes’ walk from the most beautiful beach in Cuba and 15 minutes from the Center of Varadero, where they are: the "Viazul" bus terminal, financial banks and the largest markets. Wifi points and Internet services very close to the house.
