Los Jazmines Horizons

Just a few kilometers from the town of Viñales, Los Jazmines recreates local architecture in the style of its tiled roof. The Viñales Valley was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in the Cultural Landscape category. Those unusual hill formations known as mogotes, found only there on the Island, compare to similar ones in China and on the Malay Peninsula. The interior decoration at Los Jazmines is quite impressive, especially the wrought iron work and colorful stained-glass windows. Sixteen cottage-junior suites and other tropical rooms allow you to enjoy the magnificent views. The tobacco drying barns and the peasants' homes bear witness to the fact that this is where the best cigars come from, acclaimed all over the world and smoked by figures such as Ernesto Che Guevara, John F. All the trails lead to Viñales
We invite you to visit the Mural of Prehistory, a huge painting on rocks that stretches for 120 meters and go almost 60 meters in height, and the Great Cavern of St. Thomas, over 46 km long and stratified into eight levels, making it the largest cave system in Cuba and the second largest in the American continent. Meanwhile, a trip to Rancho San Vicente takes you very close to the mineral springs that have been famous since the 19th century.
 
On horseback
At Los Jazmines you can rent cars, scooters, bikes and horses. If you choose horseback riding, you can get even closer to nature, and afterwards relax at the pool, the snack bar or succumb to a good massage. Follow it all up with dinner at the La Vega Restaurant. The hotel also has a convention hall for business meetings and events.
