Based in Trois-Rivières since 1998, I've seen the city transform, its chefs evolve, and its old walls come back to life. For me, history isn't just something you read about in books: it's something you savor at a table and breathe in on the riverbank.
During this 3.5-hour experience, we will follow in the footsteps of the city's founders from 1634, while stopping to savor the genius of today's chefs. From the Maison de la Forge (1757) to the northern-inspired flavors overlooking the St. Lawrence River, each stop is a meeting of the past and the palate. I'll share with you my secret spots and the stories that only true Trifluvians know.
