An adventurous and scenic hike through Tenorio Volcano National Park leads you to one of Costa Rica’s most iconic natural wonders: the stunning Río Celeste, world-famous for its almost supernatural turquoise color created by volcanic minerals. After exploring the rainforest trails, you will visit a local animal shelter where you can observe rescued sloths, colorful frogs, and other wildlife up close.
