Meet in central Madrid and set off on your adventure through the Castilla-La Mancha region in search of the iconic windmills made famous by the novel Don Quixote. Sit back and relax as you depart the busy city and soak in the views of the rugged Spanish countryside on an air-conditioned, luxury transportation.
Recall the adventures of Cervantes' masterpiece, and discover an ancient region of the Iberian peninsula, away from the bustling cities and seaside resorts. Stop to admire the giant windmills which served as the antagonist for Quixote.
Then, head to the historic city of Toledo for a gastronomic experience in the heart of the old town. Taste local delicacies including some delicious Extremadura acorn-fed ham, Iberian ham, and a variety of cheeses, accompanied by a glass of wine.

After this optional tasting, we'll give you two and a half hours of free time to explore Toledo at your leisure. We'll meet at the meeting point and head to the Valle viewpoint, from where you'll enjoy one of the best views of the city.
