Start your adventure at the iconic Kawarau Bungy Centre, home to the world’s first commercial bungy jump. After check-in and a full safety briefing from your expert crew, step out onto the historic Kawarau Bridge platform, suspended 43 metres above the stunning turquoise river below.
When it’s your moment, take a deep breath and leap. Feel the pure rush of freefall before the cord catches and you rebound above the river — choose a classic jump, a water touch, or even go tandem with a friend. It’s the original Queenstown thrill and still one of the most unforgettable.
Once you’ve conquered the jump, it’s time to switch gears and head to the Kawarau Swing platform. Here, you’ll be harnessed in for a completely different kind of adrenaline hit. Launch solo, tandem, or even triple, and swoop out into a giant arc through the gorge. The drop is fast, the swing is powerful, and the views of the river and surrounding landscape are epic.

KAWARAU SWING
- Minimum age: 8 years (under 15 must be accompanied)
- Participants must have a minimum weight of 30kgs. Maximum 150kgs solo or 240kgs total combined weight for tandem or 3 person swings.
- Duration: Self-drive 1 hour / Bungy Bus 2.5 hours
