At this tasting, you will get a lot of impressions, including very tasty ones! A guest professional maître sumelier from Valle de Mogan restaurant will tell you about the spanish wines and famous types of charcuterie.
As part of the Cured Meats tasting you will be invited to sample a selection of meats such as the: Iberian ham, Chorizo Sausage, Salchichon. You will learn about the production of very famous ham '5 Jotas'.
The tasting will take place near the historical building of two-century-old, where ideal conditions have been created for tasting and enjoying the canarian nature.
