• Important: If you're planning to take the tour on a Tuesday, please note that the Sumidero Canyon viewpoints are closed that day due to park ranger rest. The tour will only include the boat ride and the visit to Chiapa de Corzo. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to start on time! If you're carrying luggage, no worries — you can bring it along in the vehicle, as the tour ends in San Cristóbal de las Casas. The boat ride through the canyon lasts about 1 hour and 45 minutes — an unforgettable part of the day! Wear comfortable clothing, closed shoes, and don’t forget sunscreen, insect repellent, and a hat or cap. Food and drinks are not included, so feel free to bring a light snack. Bring some cash for personal purchases or tips — not all shops in Chiapa de Corzo accept cards. This is a shared tour, so you’ll be traveling with other participants.
