- Duration: 12–13 hours. Dress casually. Shared activity; other travelers will participate. Maximum bus capacity: 65 seats. No backpacks allowed at Tulum and Coba archaeological sites. Children under 4 years and under 1 meter tall enter free. 30% penalty for cancellations made less than 24 hours before. Pickup locations cover most Cancun downtown, hotel zone, and Riviera Maya hotels. Isla Mujeres and Cozumel visitors must reach provided meeting points; no pickups on these islands. If you were provided with a meeting point, you are responsible for finding the appropriate transportation to reach the specified meeting point. Thank you for your understanding. Since this is a shared tour, please be aware that we will assign you a meeting point in some cases so this way the time spent in our operation will be shorter causing to take our main route to the first spot in our itinerary in a faster way.
